Special Delivery

There was a knock at the door.

Mom looked through the peephole.

Nobody there.

Mom slowly opened the door.

A white box was propping the door open.

What could this be.

A special delivery addressed to a special girl from some special people.

To Lucia from gammy, gamps & aunt Mary.

A "party in my tummy" shirt with Brobee too, now that takes the cake!

Lucia watched her new Baby Einstein video during her snack. She didn't quite expect it to be a comedy.

A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood

Sunny & warm.

A day well deserving of some outside time.

We took a walk on Sligo Creek Trail, which runs behind our neighborhood.

And had a snack.

The evening was full of wagon runs down the little hill outside our house.
